Love the website! I wrote a paper in college about the diamond industry, De Beers, the initial marketing of diamonds, etc. So understandably I want to make sure I do my research, and get the best bang for the buck. I’d like to get your expert help in picking a diamond.
I’ve settled on a setting and she wants a princess cut diamond. I have probably spent 100 hours in the last several weeks looking at diamonds on James Allen. First by doing an advanced search using your criteria for a good princess cut diamond, then looking at each with the virtual loupe. While I am fairly certain I can spot a major inclusion, sometimes I am not sure if what I am looking at is a inclusion or just a shadow due to the cut and photo.
I am looking at spending $2000 maybe less, or slightly more. Obviously I’d like the largest and ”best” around the $2000 range.
